We are at home in classic business consulting as well as in consulting and individual development of IT and AI solutions. Regardless of whether you need interim support, entire projects or have your very own idea of collaboration - we do our best to make our services as pleasant as possible for you.
How do you ensure quality in projects?
Each project is managed by experienced industry experts and project managers. We work with fixed review meetings in all project phases and, if necessary, bring in additional specialized external experts. This is how we ensure that each project is implemented in a technically and operationally optimal manner.
How long do projects typically take?
Projects can start from just a few hours and range from short pilot projects to phase combinations lasting several months, depending on the objective. Our projects consist of four phases:
- Mobilization
- Status Quo Recording
- Development
- Implementation and follow-up
After the development, we and our partners usually support our customers for a few weeks with aftercare, hosting or maintenance of projects. This allows you to concentrate fully on the added value.
How are the costs for a project determined?
The costs are individually tailored to your challenge and objective. We often start with a clearly defined MVP or pilot project to validate benefits, feasibility and scaling at an early stage before larger investments are made. A project start begins in the three-digit euro range. The cost constellation consists of fixed daily rates or fixed prices as well as, if applicable, technological surcharges for required systems. You will receive our cost breakdown transparently in your non-binding offer.
Are your solutions GDPR-compliant and legally compliant?
Yes. Our projects are implemented in compliance with GDPR, optionally according to German or international law. We work with secure cloud infrastructures (e.g. Azure with hosting in the EU), isolated systems, VPN access and clear data protection concepts - always tailored to the requirements of our customers.
How quickly can a project be started?
As a rule, we can completely set up and start a project within one to two weeks. We usually answer inquiries within 24 hours.
Can projects be expanded or continued later?
Yes. We support our customers in the long term - from hosting and operation to functional extensions and the continuous further development of solutions and models. We also have the option of carrying out or expanding projects again. Our external partners and consultants are permanently at our side.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. We work 100% remotely by default in order to remain efficient and cost-effective and to ensure that the project fit of our consultants comes first, instead of local availability. On request and if it makes sense for the project, we and our experts also support our customers on site worldwide.
How does the payment process work?
The projects are usually billed by means of a payment plan or according to the effort expended. Maxitory is an internationally operating company based in the Emirates. It can be paid securely by SWIFT transfer or Stripe in euros, dollars or dirhams on account. Possible transaction costs are borne by Maxitory.
We apply the reverse charge principle for sales tax with European customers.
For customers from Dubai, VAT of 5% may be due.
